Limited space demands precision.
A new lime shaft kiln and five additional structures – surrounded by a whole lot of existing infrastructure. At the Golling lime plant, planning, coordination and construction all had to take place within an extremely confined space.
Kottmann Engineering was responsible for the structural engineering of both the reinforced concrete and steel structures. The concrete structures are already in place, while the steel erection is now entering its final stages.
Precision down to the millimetre – and it shows.
